Elevate is the UK's largest fitness trade show.

Held over June 15th and 16th, it's free to attend for those in the industry. With more than 250 exhibitors, 200+ speakers, and over 1000 products, it's shaping into a fab two-day event.

But Elevate UK isn't just about putting your eyes on products.

There's a real commitment to continuing personal development (CPD), so it's an excellent opportunity to learn about new trends, insights, and skills, with seminars and workshops throughout the show open period. A few that caught our eye include:

  • How to attract new gym clients without going online (10am on Wednesday).
  • Forward-thinking gym design and layout (12pm on Wednesday)
  • Strength training strategies for those with long-term conditions (9.50am)
  • and Simplifying nutrition (10:20am on Thursday).

We've also spotted a couple of great talks on sustainability: eating to reduce your carbon footprint and climate change, and the future of fitness.

Once you've booked your free ticket, it's worth looking at the complete speaker programme to plan your visit effectively across the two days. Make sure, of course, that you also write down stand F24 to see the RE:GEN.

Sustainability at Elevate Expo

We were also excited to see the Elevate Fitness show's commitment to sustainability. Exhibitions are notoriously bad for waste, but there is a movement now towards eco-friendlier shows.

Elevate will no longer provide lanyards or plastic badge covers. Regular conference attendees will be familiar with the vast amounts of waste these events can create. Badges are sometimes "recycled", but it's far better for attendees to bring their own. Elevate is also cutting back on using non-essential carpets in the exhibition halls, saving 25000kg of C02. They'll also be water bottle refill stations throughout the ExCel.

As the date gets closer, we'll have more information, but now is a great time to book your ticket and pop the date into your diary. Can't make Elevate, but ar interested in our clean electricity-generating indoor cycling bikes? Send us a message, and one of our friendly team will be in touch!
