1. Introduction: WLF Innovations Ltd t/a Energym ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Energym mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

    • Fitness data (e.g., workouts, performance metrics).

        4. How We Share Your Information: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

We will review your request and respond within one month, though this period may extend by an additional two months for complex cases. Verification of your identity may be required.           7. Children's Privacy: Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our records.
