A silicone-based lubricant is recommended.
Ensure the handlebar locking pin is engaged and both of the adjustment levers are fully tightened. See the support video for further guidance.
Ensure the correct side pedal is being matched up with the corresponding crank on each side. You'll see them clearly marked left and right. You should also note the left pedal is reverse threaded - watch the video below for futher help.
