Troubleshooting

For your first few rides, your RE:GEN can create a subtle smell, as with other new electrical appliances. This is completely normal and will stop after your first couple of rides.

Ensure the handlebar locking pin is engaged and the lever and knobs are fully tightened. See the support video for further guidance.

Ensure the correct side pedal is being matched up with the corresponding crank on each side. You'll see them clearly marked left and right. You should also note the left pedal is reverse threaded - watch the video below for futher help.
