One significant consequence of the global pandemic has been a bottleneck in international shipping, especially sea freight. Unilateral lockdowns worldwide meant containers have often been stuck in the wrong places, reducing availability and significantly pushing up costs. But we wanted to assure you that we've been working hard to ensure all the RE:GEN pre-orders will arrive quickly once they're ready to go.
Kieren is our Finance Manager, and he's been monitoring the situation carefully. Busy expanding our domestic and international supply chains, he's built relationships with some of the biggest names in freight forwarding, including DHL, FedEx, Kuehne + Nagel, and Agility.
Kieren is also pleased to reveal that Energym has secured a distribution centre in Tennessee, USA, to facilitate North American deliveries.
We've also invested heavily in our UK installation team based in Redditch and are looking to set up a distribution network within the EU to provide better service and coverage for our European customers.
